Functional Fitness
Learn how to strengthen your body through proper alignment. You will add light to medium resistance to exercise moves. This class includes supersets, agility drills, and circuit style training.

Kickboxing
Our kickboxing program is a high energy class where you will learn the skill of kickboxing while getting a great workout. An average of 500-700 calories will be burned.
Active flexibility
Learn how to properly stretch to increase your functional flexibility. You will not only gain flexibility but strength through deeper ranges of motion. This class incorporates techniques such as active and resistive stretching.
