Strength, Speed, Stability, Agility, and Flexibility
Group fitness program for ages 16+. All levels welcome.
This class is great for anyone who is new to exercise or is learning proper movement mechanics. You will learn basic exercise movements, balance, coordination, gentle stretching, and myofascial rolling.
Functional Fitness - Level 1
Learn how to strengthen your body through proper alignment. You will add light to mediem resistance to exercise moves. This class includes supersets, agility drills, and circuit style training.
Functional Fitness - Level 2
Build on to your fundamental training while incorporating explosive movements, supersets, agility and high intensity interval training.
Our kickboxing program is a high energy class where you will learn the skill of kickboxing while getting a great workout. An average of 500-700 calories will be burned.
Learn how to properly stretch to increase your functional flexibility. You will not only gain flexibility but strength through deeper ranges of motion. This class incorporates techniques such as active and resistive stretching.
Mentally and physically challenge your body as you connect with your breath. You will work on balance, flexibility and strength using your own body weight. Join Jacinthe as she guides you through a dynamic stretch flow.
