Aerial acrobatics can feel very empowering. Many of my clients love how strong and beautiful it makes them feel.
What will you learn?
Proper aerial alignment including shoulder movement patterns to help you stay safe in the air and be able to do aerial longer.
Build strength and gain flexibility while learning a beautiful art form.
Skills that are dynamic, spins, drops, poses, and movement sequences.
Choreography. Ari can create a routine for you or help you fine tune one you've created.
