Personal Training Results

We are here to help you on your fitness journey! Our client (pictured left) came to us a year ago looking for a fitness regimen to boost her confidence, increase  strength and mobility, improve sleep and energy levels, and shed some pounds.

 

Zach did an initial fitness assessment and began with corrective and conditioning exercises, working up to sessions 2-3 times a week. As our client progressed in fitness and gained confidence in her abilities, we began adding on group fitness classes. She is now taking our group functional fitness class, group stretch class, and has embarked on kick-boxing to continue her journey. Incremental changes have added up to huge results!
